The large Florida room has sliding doors to enjoy the sunny space as well as your own patio. This is a 3 month minimum rental with up to a 12 month lease available. Water and sewer is included with caps, basic cable and internet at the wall (just provide your own equipment), lawn care, and outside pest control. Owner may add a washer and dryer for a 12 month lease. Great location to relax and unwind at the end of your day.
